Agreement

By using Scaler Audit you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Service description

Scaler Audit generates AI-assisted vendor due diligence reports based on information you provide. Reports are decision-support tools only — not legal, financial, investment, or security advice. You must independently validate material findings before contracting or investing.

Credits and payment

• One credit equals one assessment report unless otherwise stated at purchase.
• Prices are shown in GBP and charged via Stripe.
• Credits are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• If a report fails to generate due to a platform error and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us within 14 days for a credit refund for that assessment.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass credit controls, submit unlawful content, or use outputs to misrepresent due diligence you have performed. You are responsible for compliance with your policies and applicable law when sharing vendor data with us or third-party AI providers.

Intellectual property

We own the platform, methodology, and branding. You own your input data. Subject to these terms, you may use generated reports for your internal business purposes.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on reports. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
